About the role
TopUp Mama is growing very fast, and key to that growth is talent. Without a strong team we are not going to continue to grow & build the business. We need to think strategically about what talent to attract, how to get them, how to retain them, and how to support them in their career growth.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of the employee experience at TopUp Mama. This is not someone who thinks about an HR policy manual as being the answer to designing the employee experience, but rather looks at the full value proposition towards employees and works to improve that. This person thinks strategically about the role of TopUp Mama as an employer, while working hard to implement that vision and attract & retain the best talent.
